• For color services, a deposit of 1,000 MXN is required. Please send the payment confirmation and include your name in the reference.
  • This deposit will be fully refunded as long as you cancel or reschedule at least 3 business days in advance.
  • The deposit cannot be sold or transferred to another person.
  • Appointments may not be transferred or reassigned to someone else.
  • For haircut and color appointments, we offer a 10-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time. At minute 11, the appointment will be automatically canceled, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • For bang trims and children’s haircuts, there is no grace period.
  • If you cancel your appointment or arrive late, we will do our best to reschedule you for another time or date.
  • All product sales are final. No exchanges or returns.
  • We do not offer shipping for products; they are available for purchase in-salon only.
  • We do not provide house call services.
  • If you are not satisfied with the result of your service, you must notify us within 5 calendar days from the date the service was performed. Once notification is received within that timeframe, the salon will offer an appointment for evaluation and/or correction, which must take place within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the original service date. This applies only when the result does not match what was previously agreed upon during the initial consultation. After that period, results may be affected by factors such as natural fading, washing, hair growth, or external manipulation, and therefore complimentary adjustments will not be provided.

REQUEST A COLOR CONSULTATION

For all color appointments, it is necessary to complete the form that will be shared with you via WhatsApp and to make a $1,000 MXN deposit.

This deposit is 100% refundable if the cancellation or rescheduling is made at least 3 business days in advance.
