REQUEST A COLOR CONSULTATION
For all color appointments, it is necessary to complete the form that will be shared with you via WhatsApp and to make a $1,000 MXN deposit.
This deposit is 100% refundable if the cancellation or rescheduling is made at least 3 business days in advance.
If you are not satisfied with the result of your service, you must notify us within 5 calendar days from the date the service was performed. Once notification is received within that timeframe, the salon will offer an appointment for evaluation and/or correction, which must take place within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the original service date. This applies only when the result does not match what was previously agreed upon during the initial consultation. After that period, the result may be affected by factors such as natural fading, washing, hair growth, or external manipulation; therefore, complimentary adjustments will not be provided.
